Dry-fire simply means practicing firearm handling skills for training purposes, without the use of live ammunition. It’s widely recognized by shooters of all backgrounds as an extremely effective means for learning and improving firearm handling skills. It’s a safe and effective way to train when time, the weather or ammo availability are prohibitive. Dry-fire practice helps to develop muscle memory through repetition, allowing students to learn how to act and react safely and instinctively when manipulating a firearm. It is a proven technique for developing the fundamental skills of trigger control, grip, stance and sight alignment.
